At Biomaplants, we want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical additions; if your plants or planters don't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for most items. Please ensure all live plants are returned in healthy condition and original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare Your Greenery

  Carefully pack the plant or home accessory in its original protective nursery pot and shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our horticulturists inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
